Our office is looking for a self-motivated, friendly, IL Insurance licensed customer service representative to be an addition to our agency. This person would need to be professional, knowledgeable about insurance products and policies, have excellent interpersonal, sales, and computer skills, along with a positive attitude and enjoy working one on one with customers.
Daily Responsibilities
- Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
- Meets with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing insurance coverage.
- Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
- Suggests modifications and updates to clients’ existing insurance policies.
- Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients’ needs.
- Processes insurance policy renewals.
- Assists clients with filing insurance claims.
- Maintains print and electronic records and files as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
· High School or GED required.
· Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
· Life Insurance License preferred but not required.
Compensation
· Hourly base pay negotiable based on experience.
· Commission on new business

Office Information
· Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
· 1 Hour Lunch break
