Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate in Arlington Heights, IL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for corporate and commercial litigation, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. Duties Review and prepare corporate documents and contracts. Conduct legal research and draft briefs. Prepare and argue motions in court. Handle fact and expert discovery processes. Take and defend depositions. Assist with trial preparation. Requirements 2-3 years of litigation experience. Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. License in Wisconsin or Indiana is a plus. Proficient in computer use. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Valid Bar license in Illinois. Skills Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
