Vito & Dollenmaier Law is seeking to add a Personal Injury Associate to our team. If you are ready to thrive in a quickly growing practice, build a rewarding career, and make a significant impact, this is the opportunity for you.
What We Offer:

- Candidate’s base salary range is $80,000.00 to $110,000.00.
- Candidates would also receive 40% origination credit and 3% on all fees earned.
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules and alternating half-day Fridays to ensure you can thrive professionally and personally.
- Supportive Environment: A collaborative team that values your contributions and encourages your success.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 0-3 years of personal injury law experience, Plaintiff or Defense side (candidates with strong litigation skills and trial experience are preferred).
- Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, and litigation skills are required.
- Dedication: A commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving the best possible outcomes for injured individuals.
- Travel: Ability to appear for in-person hearings throughout Cook and collar counties.
