2nd shift: Mon-Thurs. 3:15PM-12:45PM, Friday 2:15PM-10:45PM (Every other Friday off)

What You’ll Do

• Bring your hands-on skills and a great attitude to help us build the best in aerospace manufacturing. Whether you have prior production experience or are eager to get started, you’ll be trained to:

• Operate tools and equipment to assemble aerospace lighting and panels

• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production

• Perform quality checks to meet aerospace standards

• Work with a collaborative team to solve problems and keep production moving

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help streamline processes

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team

• Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $19.00 - $25.00/hour with 10% shift differential, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
