Operations Manager (Events & AV) We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in audio‑visual production to support the delivery of high‑quality events across the conference, exhibition, and hospitality sectors. This role will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, supporting project delivery teams, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate strong leadership, technical understanding, and organisational capability. Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning and execution of AV operations across conferences, exhibitions, and live events. Support and guide operational and on‑site teams to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to align on client requirements and execution plans. Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction across all projects. Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination. Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a positive and results‑driven environment. Requirements 3+ years of experience within AV operations in the events, conference, or hospitality industry. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience supporting or managing operational teams. Solid technical understanding of AV equipment and event production processes. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
