Puente Hills Volkswagen  is seeking an Automotive Sales Person  to join their dynamic team in City of Industry , California . The VW Sales Person will be responsible for engaging with clients on an individual basis and devising suitable sales strategies to develop an early and ongoing rapport. Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-only sales role
• $60,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential
• Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle sales, product selection, and financing options
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the car buying process
• Answering customer inquiries and investigating customer needs
• Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
• Inputting data and managing inventory

Requirements

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Excellent customer service and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven / commission sales mindset
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Experience in automotive sales preferred
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
