Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing outpatient therapy services. The selected candidate will work to facilitate patients' effective return to community activities while ensuring compliance with professional standards and safety protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of Ohio; 0 years minimum experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is considered a plus
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and maintains accurate medical records in accordance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines. Participates in student training, commitment to ongoing professional development, and adherence to all regulatory and organizational policies. Demonstrates commitment to patient and employee safety through safety-aware behaviors and adherence to clinic safety protocols.
