Physical Therapist

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Physical Therapist - Our client, a 100+ bed hospital located about 45 mins from Raleigh, NC, has a need for a Physical Therapist to join their team. Candidates must be willing to perform all physical therapy duties in both inpatient (about 60%) and outpatient settings. **They are offering a $15,000 sign on bonus! Position Summary: The hospital is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to work the Day Shift in our Clinic. The Full-Time PT will: Be responsible for outpatient and inpatient evaluations, assessments, plans of care and ongoing physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administer treatment plan of care in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Document, in a timely manner, all patient related information and ensure that patients are charged correctly per departmental and insurance carrier guidelines. Participate in departmental operational activities such as the budget, clinical quality, clinical education, infection control, departmental safety and team building programs. Education Bachelor's degree is required Master's degree is preferred Doctoral degree is preferred License North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure is required. Certifications American Heart Association BLS is required within 30 days of hire.
