Commercial Construction Estimator | Houston

- Working for a reputable General Contractor in Houston, TX
- Large pipeline of commercial and multifamily projects in Houston, TX
- General contractor commited to providing quality built projects
- Industry leading General Contractor for over 55 years
- Project portfolio includes, but is not limited to: municipal, public works, and multifamily projects
- Communicate clear project objectives to the Project participants, and accurately evaluate status and progress.
- Overall financial responsible for the profitability of the project, on-time schedule completion, quality of work installed, and safety culture on the jobsite.
- Effective change order management for subcontracts and owner contract.
- Forecasting of all project costs.
- Reporting of project progress with regard to budget, schedule.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of commercial project estiamating experience
- Hard bid experience
- Project pre-planning to include staffing, status meetings to discuss strategy
- Overall construction process
- Experience with Plan Takeoffs, Quanity Analysis, Estimating
