Production Coordinator

Job Title: Production Team Coordinator
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: onsite in Owensboro, KY
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour (paid weekly)
Shift: Monday - Friday
Duration: Long-term

Our client is seeking 4 Production Coordinators for all three of their shifts.
1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (2 needed)
2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (1 needed)
3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am (1 needed)

Job Expectations/Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day information flow that keeps manufacturing operations on schedule
• Tracking work order status
• Communicating any schedule changes
• Coordinating between departments
• Handling the administrative and logistics work that supports production supervisors and planners

This role bridges production floor operations and support functions.

Required Experience:

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Experience working in production planning and manufacturing processes
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
