Resident Care Manager

Job Summary Lakeside Rehabilitation and Care Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team Monday‑Friday. Salary is DOE. Duties Monitor patient condition and assess needs to provide best possible care and advice; observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to physicians; collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans; perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurement, injections, etc.) and complete patients’ charts; adjust and administer patient medication and provide treatments per physician's orders. Qualifications RN license required; prior experience preferred but new graduates welcomed.
