They are responsible for planning and overseeing team delivery of Energy Components implementation and enhancements. This role will employ the individual’s existing understanding of the Quorum architecture and deployment process, inclusive but not limited to that of the “Legacy Quorum (QFC-based)” products, to teach to other team members.ResponsibilitiesProviding services like Design, Implementation, Testing, Support and Upgrade Services around the Hydrocarbon accounting using Energy ComponentsTake ownership of assigned tasksOversee work assigned to individual team members and manage work quality, timely delivery, and documentation. This includes proactively collaborating with junior team members to overcome any technical challenges and roadblocks.Balance workload priorities across multiple concurrent upgrades and deliverables for various customersPlan and execute project milestones including effort estimation, kick-off, technical/functional validation, and production go-live cutover activitiesTrack project progress, including identification and mitigation of risksCoordinate with cross-functional teams to satisfy project deliverables and requestsCommunicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders on the project statusDemonstrate mastery and drive improvements for technical skills required for successful implementations, such as: PL/SQL, Java, Jenkins, REST API and in-house Quorum toolsLead team stand-ups and retrospectives to identify technical and process issues, discuss improvement ideas, and share knowledgeMentor team members to practice resourceful problem-solving and inspire them to achieve individual career goals and shared team objectivesServe as a Quorum Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client conversations while representing Quorum positivelyOversee team implementation of standard best practices and identify possible improvements to technical processes & team workflowUnderstand, follow, and broadcast process changes to team membersAnd other duties as assigned.Requirements7+ years of implementation experience in EC (Energy Components)Strong database skills (PL SQL) including writing complex functions/procedures, converting and managing large sets of data, and troubleshooting issuesLNG Export expertise and EC project implementation experience in the LNG spaceGood understanding about Oil & Gas domain - Upstream/MidstreamHighly flexible, good team player, demonstrate passion for EC/Oil & Gas domain - Upstream/Midstream.Demonstrated ownership of own commitments to high-quality software deliverables and customer experiencePeople management including hiring and onboardingFluent in English, both written and verbalPreferred SkillsPrior experience with Energy Components end-to-end project implementations, especially with LNG customersProven experience in working directly with business stakeholders and end-users.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, technology, or other analytical disciplineDevelopment or deployment experience working in an Agile environmentReporting skills like Jasper, Yellowfin, and testing skills will be added advantageExposure to other IT products in Oil & Gas upstream spaceExperience with cloud solutions and complex integrationsAdditional DetailsBackground Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the US is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
