Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Location Athens, TN Assignment Duration 13‑week contract position. Schedule Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical/Surgical unit. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Provide patient assessments and develop care plans. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families regarding health management and care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have an active RN license in Tennessee. BLS certification is required. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is preferred. Experience in critical care thinking is advantageous.
