Competitive Pay

✅ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

$18.00/hour

✅ 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday

$19.80/hour

✅ 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday-Friday

$19.80/hour

✨ Optional Weekend Overtime Available to help you earn even more!

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in building cutting-edge electronic products and server systems by:

✔ Loading PCB/PCBA boards into SMT machines and monitoring production lines

✔ Loading and unloading component reels and keeping machines running efficiently

✔ Transferring boards between production lines and maintaining materials such as solder paste

✔ Assembling completed boards into server units using hand and power tools

✔ Following digital build instructions and quality standards

✔ Testing finished products and documenting completed work

Basic Requirements:

✔ Minimum 6 months of work experience in any industry

✔ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

✔ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

✔ Ability to pass a simple 5th-grade level math assessment

✔ Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
