We are currently hiring professional Brand Ambassadors to represent Michelob ULTRA — the official beer sponsor of the World Cup. This high-visibility program launches April 27th , aligning with one of the most exciting global sporting events of the year. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll activate inside local bars and restaurants where World Cup games are being shown — engaging fans, offering samples, and creating unforgettable game day experiences. What You’ll Do Visit assigned local bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues each week during World Cup matchups (scheduled by your Market Manager) Arrive in designated apparel with required materials to execute each event Engage with patrons in energetic game day environments Share product knowledge Elevate the overall fan experience Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and venue staff Complete detailed activation recaps after each event Communicate regularly with your Market Manager to share wins, challenges, and opportunities Represent Michelob ULTRA with enthusiasm, professionalism, and brand pride Who You Are Must be 21+ years old (due to alcohol sampling requirements) and complete Responsible Alcohol Training Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours Have reliable transportation Have 1+ year of Brand Ambassador or bartending experience (on-premise sampling experience is a plus) Have daily access to a PC with internet/email Available to work Wednesday–Sunday Passionate about engaging with people and promoting great products Outgoing, approachable, and energetic personality Strong verbal and written communication skills Why Apply?
