Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• Coverage area includes an east-side priority territory, with additional overflow coverage in a secondary territory
