Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide high-quality care for patients in the Emergency Department
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Utilize specialty equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
• Document nursing actions and patient care information accurately
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Adapt to floating across units and handle high patient acuity efficiently

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Active NY RN License and all other applicable RN licenses
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Department with pediatric experience
• Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
• Travel experience is required
• EPIC EMR experience
• Valid driver's license with matching address to demographics
