Production Supervisor

Job Title Production Supervisor Location Richmond, VA Pay Rate $38.00 Shift 1st and 2nd shift Working Hours First shift (7:00 to 3:30) or second shift (3:00 to 11:30) Responsibilities Supervise a team of 10–20 technicians across all phases of MPAC projects, ensuring timely and quality execution. Provide training and mentorship to technicians in wiring, assembly standards, and safety protocols. Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with safety standards and practices. Manage and support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and testing activities. Travel to customer sites to supervise and execute field service jobs, supporting project success and customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial or utility power delivery systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction and reporting. Knowledge of relay protection, control systems, and industry electrical standards. Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and support safety initiatives. Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
