Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role Supportpheresis center operations by preparing and monitoring donor equipment and processes during platelet or plasma collection. Responsibilities set up autopheresis machines monitor donors and respond to alarms or adverse reactions disconnect donors post-procedure document incidents and process data accurately in electronic systems and maintain a clean, safe work environment per HSE/OSHA standards Additional duties include ensuring supplies are available, supporting other areas as needed, and maintaining donor confidentiality. Requirements high school diploma or equivalent minimum 3 months’ healthcare or related experience basic math skills and ability to follow instructions Preferred skills bilingual ability cross-training to support team flexibility HighValue involves blood component collection processes (pheresis), in a fast-paced environment with exposure to bloodborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures, and physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds and extended standing or walking.
