A facility near El Paso, TX is seeking a Medical Surgical Nurse Manager to join their inpatient services team!

Pay: $100,000-$105,000/year (based on experience)

Medical Surgical Nurse Manager Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Schedule: Days; Mon-Friday
  
• Medical Surgical Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Med/Surg or Inpatient Services department, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Leads and develops nursing staff through performance management, staffing oversight, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve organizational goals and positive patient outcomes
  

Medical Surgical Nurse Manager Qualifications

• Medical Surgical Nurse Manager must have an RN license with the ability to practice in NM
  
• Must have 3 or more years of Medical Surgical experience
  
• Must have at least 1 year of nurse leadership experience
