SVP Product Owner/ Product Manager (CCAR)

Location: Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: Contract to Hire Senior Retail Risk Product Owner / Business Product Lead with strong experience in CCAR, DFAST, CECL, and loss forecasting platforms. Deep understanding of retail credit risk (credit cards, mortgages, loans) and risk modeling concepts such as PD, LGD, and EAD. Ability to act as the bridge between Risk, Finance, Regulatory, and Technology teams, translating business requirements into product features. Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, user stories, and Agile delivery. Strong knowledge of regulatory stress testing, model governance, data governance, auditability, and regulatory reporting requirements. Experience delivering risk analytics, forecasting, or regulatory technology platforms from concept through implementation. Comfortable working with technical teams and possessing knowledge of SQL, Python, and modern data platforms. Experience with AI-assisted tools is a nice-to-have.
