Payroll Specialist

You'll support thousands of clients nationwide across Payroll, HR, and HCM systems, working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your work truly matters.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, resolving issues accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records new hires, terminations, benefits, deductions, time & attendance
- Process full-cycle payroll, including file feeds and timesheet management
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Jump into special projects as needed (occasional OT/weekends)
- Navigate multiple internal HCM systems with confidence
What You Bring
- 3+ years in Payroll, HR, Benefits, HCM, or SaaS customer service
- Strong Excel skills; CRM experience a plus (Salesforce preferred)
- 10-key data entry proficiency
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure
- A friendly, collaborative attitude
- Bilingual or project management experience? Even better.
