Common diagnosis / Types of patients/patient demographics: Home Health and Hospice Care. Adults, Geriatrics, Peds 

EMR HomeCare HomeBase 

Shifts & Scheduling : 8a-5p. On call rotation for evenings/weekends

Weekend Requirements: On call rotation

 Holiday Requirements: Holiday coverage required -

 Service 60 mile radius around Dickinson - provide care to many patients, homes, nursing homes, etc

Radius Rule: 50 miles
