About Blu Infinity Pool:

Blu Infinity Pool offers guests a unique dining experience alongside breathtaking lake views. We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver flavorful meals in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.

The Role:

As a Line Cook, you will prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail

• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with inventory and stocking as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous line cook experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

• Positive attitude and commitment to quality
