Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a full-time, contract basis for the entire school year. This opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact, work closely with dedicated education teams, and foster growth and independence in young learners near Pottstown, PA.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Credentials as a licensed PT or PTA in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and individualized therapy planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for helping children improve mobility, strength, and confidence
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to a diverse elementary school caseload
- Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate records for compliance and review
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy activities and interventions to support student engagement and classroom participation
