What Youll Do

• Meticulously process and receive incoming product samples from various vendors.
• Precisely unbox, sort, log, tag, track, and organize high volumes of products.
• Prepare samples by hanging and organizing them on racks, ensuring immediate availability for studio teams and upcoming photo sets.
• Maintain accurate sample records and thoroughly document all product information.
• Prioritize incoming samples based on dynamic production timelines and evolving business needs.
• Proactively monitor sample arrivals, identifying and promptly addressing any missing or delayed products.
• Uphold an organized, clean, and highly efficient sample management area.
• Effectively communicate sample status and priorities with cross-functional partners and creative teams.
• Provide essential support to photographers, stylists, digital artists, and other creative teams by ensuring samples are available precisely when needed.
• Assist with additional sample management and studio operations projects as required, contributing to overall studio efficiency.

• Proven ability to accurately track and manage a high volume of physical products efficiently.
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to perform effectively against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter mentality, capable of working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision after initial training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with various teams.
• Comfort performing a combination of administrative and physical, hands-on work.
• Capability to move, organize, and handle boxes and apparel samples throughout the workday.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where accurate and timely sample management is critical for multiple teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience in sample coordination, inventory management, stockroom operations, product handling, studio operations, retail operations, or logistics.
• Experience with data entry or detailed record-keeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar tracking/database systems.
• Experience with Creative Force is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Previous experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or a photo studio environment is helpful but not required.
• College-level education is preferred but not required.
