Product Integration Manager

It is based in our Los Gatos office (preferred) in a hybrid model, but we are open to remote candidates who are on the West Coast (PST timezone). Travel to Los Gatos will be required if remote-based.Key ResponsibilitiesLead product integrations with new Aggregation partnersServe as a Product point of contact for partner onboarding, collaborating closely with product managers, engineering teams, partnerships, finance, and external partners to assess integration requirements and guide partners through the integration lifecycle.Analyze partner requirements and recommend optimal integration models, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and scalabilityCoordinate and execute partner product release activitiesEstablish and effectively manage a product development roadmapCollaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize integration approaches, reduce complexity, and ensure alignment.Prepare and deliver clear, concise product communications, including internal updates, strategy forums, and roadmap presentations. Manage partner-facing reporting (viewing data summaries, KPI reports) as neededContinuously gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to iterate on integration playbooks, frameworks, and onboarding processes.Partner with GTM teams to ensure product capabilities are understood, documented, and effectively enabled for individual partners. Qualifications5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technologyExperience managing cross-functional programs and release schedulesExperience building and evaluating operating modelsExperience developing and executing/delivering product roadmapsGenerally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $380,000.00 - $650,000.00.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
