Operations Supervisor

Inthis role you will provide leadership and direction for a team of entry-levelproduction employees to ensure customer demand is met Coordinate production activities to support daily distributionrequirements, including local delivery routes and shuttle operations You will lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety initiatives tomeet government and environmental regulations Ensure team members are trainedand committed to Linde Safety and Quality systems, coordinating training withthe Compliance Manager Monitor production outputs and staffing levels to maintain efficiency,anticipate problems, and develop contingency plans Responsible for communicating and collaborating with first shiftcounterpart to ensure smooth operations and efffective shift handoffs Identify operational issues and lead improvement initiativesrelated to production processes, shift schedules, andtraining, reporting activities to plant management You will help oversee inventory levels, manage equipment and productquality issues, and support 5S and Lean Projects to reduce operating coststhrough Operational Excellence strategies What makes you great Youmust have a high school diploma orGED; bachelor degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience inan industrial plant environment with at least 2 years of leading anddeveloping a team You should have experience working in, and/or managing within a unionenvironment is strongly preferred Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
