Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting customers and assisting them with shopping Following safety and loss prevention procedures Operating cash registers for sales and payments Handling refunds and receipts Stocking, inventory management, and store maintenance Driving sales through product promotions Developing product knowledge to assist customers Locating merchandise and assisting customers promptly and courteously Communicating with customers and team members Performing water analysis and chemical balancing Collaborating with the pool cleaning team Maintaining a clean and organized store Repairing pool cleaning equipment Opening and closing the store, including cash register operations Training new staff as needed Qualifications AA Degree or higher Strong communication, reading, and writing skills Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices Ability to work well in a team and handle register operations accurately Flexible schedule availability Language requirements: English mandatory, Spanish desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr Pools Gurus Inc
