Clinical Operations CoordinatorThe Clinical Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our clinical department. This position works closely with Clinical Directors, BCBAs, Scheduling, Billing, and Executive Leadership to monitor operational performance, maintain Central Reach accuracy, analyze key performance indicators, and support initiatives that improve service delivery. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesClinical OperationsSupport daily clinical operations and assist with workflow optimization.Monitor clinician and technician attendance trends and escalate concerns as appropriate.Assist with BCBA caseload assignments and workload balancing.Track staffing metrics and operational performance indicators.Central Reach AdministrationMaintain accurate client, employee, and scheduling data within Central Reach.Audit records to ensure data integrity and compliance.Assist with system updates, workflow improvements, and process enhancements.Troubleshoot operational issues related to Central Reach.Reporting & AnalyticsMonitor billable hours, productivity, utilization, and key performance metrics.Track session conversions, cancellations, no-shows, and scheduling trends.Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for leadership.Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved performance.Quality AssuranceConduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies, payer requirements, and documentation standards.Identify trends requiring corrective action or operational improvement.Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Cross-Functional SupportCollaborate with Clinical Leadership, Scheduling, Billing, Human Resources, and Operations teams.Assist with implementation of new processes and organizational initiatives.Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, ABA, or behavioral health.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.PreferredExperience using CentralReachABA or behavioral health experienceHealthcare operations experienceData analysis and KPI reportingQuality assurance or compliance auditingProcess improvement experienceWhat We're Looking ForHighly organized and detail-orientedAnalytical and data-drivenComfortable working with large amounts of operational dataProactive in identifying opportunities for improvementCollaborative and professionalAdaptable in a fast-paced, growing organizationPassionate about supporting quality care through operational excellenceWhy Join Brightview Care?Competitive compensationHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysProfessional development opportunitiesGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationCollaborative, mission-driven team environmentEqual Employment OpportunityBrightview Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
