The Greens at Cannondale – Wilton, CT

Full-Time Laundry Attendant | Part-Time Housekeeper (Every Other Weekend)

The Greens at Cannondale, a premier assisted living and memory care community in Wilton, CT, is seeking dependable, hardworking, and friendly individuals to join our Housekeeping and Laundry team.

We are currently hiring for two positions:

• Full-Time Laundry Attendant: Responsible for washing, drying, folding, and distributing resident clothing and linens while maintaining a clean and organized laundry area.
• Part-Time Housekeeper: Every other weekend. Responsible for cleaning resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the community.
• Handle resident clothing and personal belongings with care and respect.
• Follow established cleaning, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Keep laundry and housekeeping areas clean and organized.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet residents' needs.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and compassionate service to residents.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Kind, respectful, and patient when working with seniors.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping and laundry duties.
