Valley View Manor, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Norwich, New York, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Admissions & Marketing Director to join our team. Job Summary:

As Admissions & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and increase visibility for Valley View Manor. You will work closely with our admissions team to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to admission, and collaborate with our leadership team to align marketing efforts with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract new residents and promote Valley View Manor's services

• Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities, including social media, print, and digital campaigns

• Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the admissions process and ensure a positive resident experience

• Analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions

• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, community leaders, and other key stakeholders

• Provide marketing support for special events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives

• Develop and manage the marketing budget to achieve strategic objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns

• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong understanding of the needs and preferences of seniors and their families
