Option of 36 or 48 hours per week at straight time. 2:1 patient ratio. Rotating weekend coverage required. 12-hour orientation provided. Highlights: 13-week travel assignment in a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit First-time travelers welcome with 2 years of ICU experience Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, physical therapy, and radiology Flexible scheduling with option to work up to 48 hours per week Epic charting system experience preferred Experience with complex patient populations including sepsis, ARDS, CHF, post-op complications, DKA, and CRRT Requirements: Active Registered Nurse license (New Mexico or Compact state; pending license accepted if obtained prior to start date) BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience with 2:1 patient ratio experience Willingness to float to like units within scope of practice as needed Must reside outside 50-mile local radius Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as traveler Preferred certifications: CPI, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Preferred experience: Trauma Level II, LTAC, charge nurse experience Why Join Us?
