Business Development Representative - Miami, IL Location: Miami, FL Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: Field-Based / In-Person Sales We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth and build strategic partnerships across the healthcare and behavioral health market in Miami, FL. This is a field-based sales role focused on developing and retaining relationships with high-value clients and decision-makers, including C-suite executives, physicians, clinic owners, hospitals, and therapists. The ideal candidate is a polished, confident relationship-builder with healthcare/mental healthcare sales experience preferred, strong executive-level communication skills, and Spanish-speaking ability preferred. About the Role Develop and execute a strong field-based business development strategy within the assigned market. Identify, prospect, and engage new healthcare and behavioral health partners. Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, physicians, clinic and hospital leadership, therapists, and other key decision-makers. Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, networking, and business development activities with prospective and existing partners. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support market growth. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in business development, field sales, healthcare sales, medical sales, or a related client-facing role. Proven experience in in-person / field sales and face-to-face business development. Experience selling to or working with senior-level decision-makers, executives, physicians, healthcare leaders, or other high-value clients. Strong relationship-building, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills. Healthcare or mental healthcare / behavioral health business development or sales experience strongly preferred. Experience in consultative sales, strategic partnerships, or B2B healthcare sales. Ability to travel locally throughout the Miami market for meetings, networking, and business development activities.
