YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Youth Leader – ELOP to supervise participants and implement engaging after-school activities. You will work under the Site Supervisor and coordinate with families, school staff, and partners to support academic growth, healthy choices, and leadership development.
The role requires high energy, a passion for mentoring youth, and alignment with YMCA program standards. Schedule includes Mon-Thu 1:30pm-6pm and Fri 1pm-6pm at a site in Chula Vista, CA.
