The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental front desk operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate treatment plans effectively while working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with dental providers. Present treatment plans clearly and professionally to patients, addressing any questions or concerns. Verify patient insurance benefits and coordinate insurance claims to maximize patient coverage. Utilize Eaglesoft software for scheduling, treatment planning, and insurance coordination. Maintain organized patient records and documentation related to treatment and insurance. Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication. Assist with front desk duties as needed, leveraging at least 2 years of dental front desk experience. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in a dental front desk or administrative role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with treatment planning and insurance verification/coordination. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
