Focus on member satisfaction and retention, ensure timely resolution of concerns, maintain a clean, fully operational facility, and lead performance through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking. You have solid knowledge of processes and communicate clearly to help the team move forward.ResponsibilitiesEnergize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.Ensure member resolutions are timely and focus on member retention.Monitor and scoreboard staff performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.Recruit, hire, and onboard talented staff.Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.Deliver exceptional customer service with a member‑focused approach.Maintain a clean, crisp facility that operates 24/7.Monitor payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.Ensure compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.Monitor inventory and ensure timely restocking.Assist with staff meetings, setting, monitoring, and managing performance.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of fitness or service‑oriented management experience (preferred).Experience supervising at least 15 team members (preferred).Experience with hiring, onboarding, promotion, and removal of team members (required).Experience in labor management and inventory control.CPR/AED certification required (obtainable within 30 days of hire).Assertive action to accomplish objectives and solve problems.Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.Proficiency with Microsoft Suite or similar software.Ability to invest financially in the Managing Partner opportunity.Physical RequirementsFrequent lifting or moving up to 50 pounds; standing or bending for prolonged periods.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.TravelNo travel required.BenefitsPTOSubsidized health insurance (health, dental, vision) for full‑time positions.Basic Life and AD&DDHSAShort‑term disabilityFree gym membershipEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERUndefeated Tribe is an Equal Opportunity Employer, drug‑free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations.
