What You'll Do

• Provide specialized physiatry care to inpatient rehab patients, including spinal cord injuries and neuro/head trauma cases.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage and document patient progress using EPIC EMR system.
• Participate in daily interdisciplinary rounds and patient care conferences.
• Support and mentor staff within the rehabilitation team.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.

What You Need

• Active North Carolina Medical License or eligibility via IMLC
• Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient rehab experience, including spinal cord injury cases
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to work within a team-focused environment and handle complex cases
