AnthroMed Education is hiring a new graduate Speech‑Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship role in a school setting for the 2026-2027 school year in Hampstead, Maryland. Our structured CF program is designed to help you build confidence, develop strong clinical skills, and successfully transition into a school‑based SLP career with the mentorship and support you need every step of the way. We’ve supported more than 50 Clinical Fellows, and 100% have successfully earned their CCC‑SLP. What You’ll Do Provide speech‑language therapy services to students in a school‑based setting Complete speech and language evaluations and contribute to IEP development Deliver individual and small‑group therapy sessions Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, AAC, fluency, and social communication Participate in team meetings and receive ongoing clinical feedback throughout your Clinical Fellowship Our CF Support Includes Dedicated CF mentor matched to your interests and clinical setting Individualized clinical support from experienced school‑based SLPs Monthly CF meetings and bi‑weekly speech team collaboration opportunities Access to therapy materials, assessment resources, and CF tracking tools ASHA‑approved professional development and CF‑specific training opportunities Thoughtful placement based on commute preferences, age group interests, and clinical goals Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Eligibility for Maryland SLP licensure prior to the start date Interest in working within a school‑based setting New graduates are encouraged to apply Salary: $65,000-$68,000 annually (based on experience) JumpStart Salary Program – begin receiving pay before the school year starts 100% employer‑paid medical insurance (UnitedHealthcare PPO) Dental and vision insurance options 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 3%, starting on Day 1 Paid parental leave Employer‑paid short‑term disability coverage Reimbursement for Maryland licensure and ASHA dues Access to clinical materials, resources, and mentorship Consistent support from both clinical and administrative teams Why AnthroMed?
