Job Title: Agentic AI Consultant Job ID: 117136 Location: Frisco, TX Role / Responsibilities 1. AI Product Strategy and Vision Define and drive the product vision for Agentic AI solutions aligned with industry‑specific processes Identify AI‑driven automation opportunities and develop scalable use cases addressing customer challenges Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to promote adoption of AI solutions on the Google Cloud AI stack Apply agile product development principles to align product strategy with evolving market and customer needs 2. Product Development and Execution Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including roadmap planning and backlog management Define and document functional and technical requirements for AI automation initiatives Translate business needs into detailed product specifications for engineering teams Drive agile, iterative product development cycles to ensure timely and high‑quality releases Partner closely with engineering and user teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery 3. Stakeholder Alignment and Go‑to‑Market Act as the primary product expert across cross‑functional teams including engineering, UX, sales, and marketing Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction Support product launches, adoption strategies, and customer enablement initiatives Monitor product performance metrics and continuously optimize product capabilities Skills / Qualifications AI / Data Platforms Google Cloud AI stack (Vertex AI, Gemini, Agentic AI platforms) Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and AI‑driven automation frameworks Strong experience in agile product development and backlog management Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Familiarity with API‑based integrations and enterprise systems Knowledge of data platforms and architectures supporting AI use cases Exposure to RAG, LLM‑based systems, and enterprise AI applications Domain Expertise Experience in one or more domains: FS, RCPG, LSH, Manufacturing, Technology Understanding of business process automation and digital transformation initiatives Stakeholder management across business, technical, and executive teams Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing) Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $140,000 per year Pay Range Maximum: $180,000 per year HCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
