We are seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to become part of our esteemed Women's Health Care Center located in West Long Branch, NJ. About the Practice

Our practice comprises 6 OB/GYN physicians, 3 certified nurse midwives, and a supportive staff. With a robust patient base developed over 30 years, we have consistently delivered exceptional care to the community along the New Jersey shore. We operate from three locations, with Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ, serving as our primary facility for deliveries and surgical procedures. This reputable hospital system features women's health specialists, a level 3 NICU, and the da Vinci robotic system for advanced GYN surgeries. Practice Highlights

• Team of 6 physicians and 3 nurse midwives
• Three practice locations: West Long Branch, Lakewood, and Middletown
• Monmouth Medical Center is a leading community academic center affiliated with RWJBH, featuring a level 3 NICU, robotic surgical capabilities, and women's health specialists
• Established practice with a solid patient base built over three decades
• Daily patient volume of approximately 25-30
• Balanced focus on both OB and GYN, with around 10-15 deliveries monthly and half a day of GYN surgery weekly
• Teaching opportunities available through the hospital's residency program

• 1 in 5 call schedule, including weekend coverage
• Competitive compensation and benefits package

• Starting with 4 weeks of vacation, increasing to 5 weeks in the second year and 6 weeks in the third year
• Relocation and sign-on bonus of $30,000, plus a $30,000 retention bonus after one year
• Partnership eligibility after three years of service
