New Business Development Representative - Bulk

Location: Tampa, FL - West - Management - Regional Office

Airgas is looking for a driven, relationship-focused New Business Development Representative - Bulk to join our team in Tampa, Florida! In this role, you will act as a pivotal growth engine, identifying new opportunities and building lasting partnerships across industrial, medical, and business sectors. Under the mentorship of industry pros, you'll master the art of the "close" while representing a company that deeply values diversity and professional integrity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in common email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and backgrounds.
  • Physical ability to perform essential job functions.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours to meet customer needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of successful sales experience in industrial, commercial, or educational markets.
  • Knowledge of industrial, specialty, and medical gases (preferred).
