Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Vice President, Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team. This is a senior, hands-on recruiting role for someone who can operate as both an exceptional recruiter and a strategic talent advisor to the business.

This person will own full-cycle recruiting for senior-level and other critical hires across the firm, partnering closely with our CHRO, senior HR leaders and firm leadership to identify, attract and close exceptional talent. They will bring a strong understanding of the external talent market and competitive landscape, using those insights to develop creative recruiting strategies and continue positioning Prosek as a destination for top talent.

Beyond individual searches, this person will help us think more strategically about talent across the firm—connecting recruiting with staffing needs, talent gaps, and broader workforce priorities. They will also serve as a senior resource to the Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship, guidance and feedback and helping elevate how we recruit across levels.

What you’ll be doing:

Senior-Level Recruiting & Talent Strategy

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior-level positions, with a particular focus on VP+ and other critical or hard-to-fill roles across the firm.
• Partner closely with the CHRO and senior firm leadership to understand business needs, define candidate profiles and develop thoughtful search strategies.
• Proactively identify, engage and build relationships with high-caliber passive talent, maintaining strong pipelines before an immediate hiring need arises.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout senior-level searches, providing candid recommendations on candidate quality, market dynamics, compensation, interview strategy and closing.
• Lead offer strategy and negotiations for senior hires, balancing candidate expectations, internal equity and market considerations.
• Deliver a high-touch, thoughtful candidate experience that reflects Prosek’s culture and strengthens our reputation in the talent market.
• Partner with HR, staffing and business leadership to translate staffing needs and skill gaps into proactive recruiting and pipeline strategies.
• Develop creative recruiting and sourcing strategies informed by the competitive landscape, talent-market trends and Prosek’s evolving business needs.
• Identify new and non-traditional ways to engage prospective talent and strengthen Prosek’s position as an employer of choice.
• Continuously evaluate our recruiting practices and identify opportunities to improve how we source, assess, engage and close talent.
• Serve as a senior resource, sounding board and mentor for members of the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance on searches, candidate strategy and more complex recruiting situations.

What makes you qualified:

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally including significant in-house recruiting experience within a communications agency, professional services firm or other fast-paced, client-service organization.
• Deep experience owning full-cycle searches for senior-level talent and partnering directly with executive leadership.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
• B.A. or B.S. in a related field.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000-$180,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
