Data Governance Analyst
Position Summary: A Data Governance Analyst develops and implements data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Create and enforce data governance policies and standards.
- Monitor and assess data quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership and stewardship roles.
- Provide training and support on data governance practices.
- Prepare reports on data governance metrics and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
