HRIS Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the administration and maintenance of HR and organizational data within the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system, the full-time HRIS Analyst will ensure data accuracy, system stability, and effective integration across HR technology while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain HR and organizational data in PeopleSoft, including employee job data and foundational structures Provide operational support for ancillary HR platforms, ensuring accurate data flow to and from PeopleSoft Assist with PeopleSoft upgrades, system maintenance, and execute testing for platform changes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM in an HRIS, HR, or payroll environment Experience managing HR and organizational data such as departments and positions Exposure to ancillary HR platforms and integration experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; PeopleSoft query/reporting experience preferred
