Eurotech Automotive Repair in Eau Claire, WI is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor at Eurotech, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive repair services. If you are passionate about cars and have a knack for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers needing automotive repair services
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines
- Coordinate with our team of technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair concepts
