A/C Technician Assistant (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Job Description Job Description Job Overview AC Power Production Corp. is hiring a reliable and motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) staff member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone hands-on with basic technical ability, comfortable using tools such as a drill, and willing to assist with warehouse operations, including organizing equipment, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining inventory. Our work includes portable air conditioning, HVAC support, and power distribution for special events, so candidates must be flexible and willing to work odd hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed. A/C experience is preferred, but we are open to someone who learns quickly and has a strong work ethic.. Responsibilities Assist with portable A/C installations and servicing Help with event setup/breakdown , including power distribution systems Use basic hand and power tools (drill, screwdrivers, measuring tools, etc.) Load/unload equipment and materials for job sites and events Drive to job sites as needed (valid driver’s license required) Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Communicate professionally with team members and customers Be available for flexible scheduling / odd hours when required Requirements Must speak English and Spanish Must have a clean driving record Must have a valid driver’s license Basic technical/mechanical ability Comfortable using basic tools (especially drills) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors or in tight spaces when needed Dependable, punctual, and professional Must be willing to work odd hours , including nights and weekends Preferred Qualifications Previous A/C or HVAC experience Experience with portable A/C units Familiarity with basic electrical/power distribution systems Ability to learn quickly and follow direction What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Training and growth opportunities in HVAC and event operations Steady work and a supportive team environment Company Description AC Power Production Corp. is a company specializing in portable air conditioning, HVAC support, and temporary power distribution for special events, productions, and job sites.
