Receptionist (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately. Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to visitors and guests. Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining personnel files. Support payroll and accounts payable processes. Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. Help with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents. Participate in training, orientation, and educational activities as required. Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives and team meetings. Perform additional clerical duties as needed to support the team. What You Bring Strong verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor. Ability to build rapport and work cooperatively with residents, families, and coworkers. Proficiency in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions in English. Basic computer skills, with an eagerness to learn company-specific software.
