Handle all aspects of probate and estate administration. Prepare and file probate court documents. Represent personal representatives, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries. Guide clients through probate processes with professionalism. Manage court appearances and communications with legal parties. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on related matters. Identify and resolve estate and fiduciary tax issues. Stay informed of changes in relevant laws. Requirements 3-7 years of experience in estate planning and/or probate law. Strong knowledge of estate planning tools and tax implications. Exceptional drafting, research, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail. Active bar membership required in one, preferred in more, of Nebraska, Iowa, and/or South Dakota. Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar membership. Skills Strong drafting and research abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
