Job Summary

Join Compass Group North America — Be Part of a Transformational Partnership with Compass Athletics! Compass Group is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with the University of Kentucky (UK), launching July 1, 2026—and we’re looking for talented individuals to help bring this innovative, integrated services model to life.

Support operational excellence through strategic purchasing and inventory management. As the Director of Purchasing, you will oversee procurement operations, vendor relationships, inventory controls, and purchasing processes to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing or supply chain leadership experience

• Experience in hospitality or foodservice operations preferred

• Knowledge of inventory and procurement systems

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing and procurement operations

• Manage vendor and supplier relationships

• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing controls

• Ensure compliance with purchasing standards

• Support cost management initiatives
